International tribunals  

Mr. Alphonsus Orie is a judge to the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Mr. Hans Holthuis is the ICTY’s registrar.

Mr. Bert Swart is ad litem judge both to the ICTY and to the International Criminal Court for Rwanda

 

B.    GENERAL ASSEMBLY  

                                       

  • The GA, both its plenary and its 6 main committees, is made up of all 191 Member States. The Netherlands has been a member since 10 december 1945. It has been President of the GA in 1954 (E.N. van Kleffens).
